Yoshiko Kinoshita, LMT
Welcome to my studio at the Body Moksha Physical Therapy in Chatham, New Jersey. My main skills are in Sports and Remedial massage. In 1997, I moved to Seattle from my hometown Kobe, JAPAN with my ex-husband who had played soccer professionally for Vissel Kobe and Seattle Sounders. After his meniscus surgery, I learned soft tissue manipulation for professional athletes from (*) the World Wing Enterprise’s lead massage therapist in Tottori, Japan. Since then, I have been extremely passionate about human biomechanics and soft tissue. In 2013, I became a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) to help elite athletes in injury prevention and recovery, as well as improving their athletic performance.
I believe effective corrective treatment can change lives. I had worked with NY Red Bulls (MLS) for three seasons starting in 2018, and I have since remained in New Jersey to work with professional athletes, including players from MLS, NHL and international soccer, former Olympic alpine ski racer, supermodel and also people with non-sports related issues such as occupational, emotional and postural stress.
I have been fascinated with the deep connection between Body-Mind-Spirit throughout my life. I love taking my dog into nature, where I connect deeply with the elements and wildlife. It allows me to recharge my energy, and to enhance my deep gift of intuition, which translates into my massage therapy, as I listen to your body guiding me, and responding to my work.

DRIVING DIRECTIONS
From downtown Chatham take Green Village Road all the way past Woodland Road. Keep going until you pass Shunpike Road and Green Village turns into Southern Blvd. Our complex, Fairmount Common, will be on your left. When you pull in and follow the driveway around we are the building on the right (Adams Building).
From New Providence/Chatham Township turn onto Southern Blvd from River Road at the light. Take Southern Boulevard all the way until you pass Fairmount Country Club. Our complex, Fairmount Common, will be on your right. When you pull in and follow the driveway around we are the building on the right (Adams Building).
From Route 24 take the exit 7A towards 124W Chatham. Stay on 124 until you get to Green Village Road. Make a left onto Green Village then follow the directions above from downtown Chatham.
PARKING INFO
You can park anywhere in the lot. Ours is the building on the right (Adams Building). We are located near Hickory Plaza and between the Chatham Club and Fairmount Country Club on Southern Boulevard.
